I keep forgetting this damn site has a journalOne day I'll get better at, well, you know, maintaining a journal anywhere.
Got a really positive response from my 6 doll, so that was exciting - I still have a lot of improvements I want to make on the design, but eventually I'll make the other 8. Only way to really learn is by doing, right?
On top of that I've been working on an entry for the Beasts of 9 contest. I learned to solder today. I set of a fire alarm. Oops.
Hmm...what else?
Oh yeah, on the cosplay front, I've got Youmacon approaching obnoxiously fast on the horizon. I'm going to need to figure out something to do for the maid cafe which I guess only partly counts as a costume - Other than that, I'm planning on wearing Arkham Asylum's version of the Riddler...which I'm actually making to wear to Mid Ohio Con earlier in October.
Part of me feels like I should be working on more complicated things, but the other part of me just doesn't feel like it. Ugh.
